Friendship

I made this card a couple of days ago. I was itching to make something, and happened to have these old Teresa Collins papers out on my table, so used these and Clare's sketch for this week's Card Challenge over at Simply Scrapping Crafts to put together a card.

Little did I know what the idea of "friendship" would mean to me before the week was over. My dear friend's mother suffered a massive heart attack. I know she is going through unspeakable pain, and I wish I could be there just to hug her and assure her that everything is going to be okay, even though she probably feels like it never will be. Please pray for my friend!

Thank you all for stopping by! I know it's been a long time since I felt like or had the time to make anything.

  1. Theresa - This is such a pretty card. I was trying to figure out if that is a stamp in the center or some really lovely rub-on? It almost looks like a black doily too?

Whatever it is, it made a stunning card and it keeps catching my eye!

    Thanks for sharing !!
    Hugs,

  2. Hi Lisa - thanks for your sweet compliments. Yes, that is a Hero Arts stamp - I need to edit my post to add all that information I guess. This was the first time I used that stamp, although I've had it for a few months!
    Hugs!
